Applied Design Guideline in Model UI Fragment Properties@0.0.4
Contents
FragmentProperty: Applied Design GuidelineStatus: EXPERIMENTAL
Documentation
This property is to provide information about standards and design guidelines that have been applied to the UI fragment. Some standards may be referred to by use of according entries in the external concepts catalog. However, there are multiple reasons for using the other properties provided within the design category along side of this property, which in the first place seems to be redundant effort: 1st, the standard may not fully cover all relevant design aspects, so that missing aspects need to be expressed by use of these properties. 2nd, certain design decisions may be made in contradiction to the referred design guidelines. For a proper fragment selection, such contradictory property value statements need to be evaluated. 3rd, either solution or fragment developers may not have access to the applied standards or guidelines, but as they are able to read and understand the detailed property statements, they are able to make a proper decision about the applicability of the fragment, even if only using an automatic tool.
